The Hoya Hoya Foundation is a registered South African non-profit organisation with a clear mission: to uplift and empower previously disadvantaged individuals and communities through the transformative power of sport.

The Foundation provides meaningful support in various forms — from basic sports equipment and clothing to training, coaching, and education. In some cases, it extends its reach further to supply essential necessities to those in urgent need.

Founded by Maarten van Doesburgh — Economics Advisor, Business Strategist, and Head of Economics at Cape Peninsula University of Technology — the Foundation combines strategic leadership with a deep commitment to social development.

Together, they are building stronger communities through sport, opportunity, and hope.
